ACTIVITY NUMBERS: T14OT00954 SUMMARY: A submittal package was submitted for the proposed drainage improvements for maintenance and conveyance improvement to an existing private channel. Engineering Division of Planning & Development Services Department has received and reviewed the drainage statement and recommends approval. The following conditions shall be addressed during drainage improvement construction. PERMIT CONDITIONS: 1) Call for PDSD Engineering inspections - pre-con, intermediate and final inspections. 2) Tech Man 2-01.13: Provide as-builts prior to final inspection with substantial completion certification by Engineer of Record. 3) Tech Man Sec. 4-04.1.5: Maintenance of the channel will automatically become the private property owner's responsibility unless other arrangements for maintenance are provided under special maintenance easement.
