Ascertain that the partition room layout and design meets the 5 psf lateral load at ceiling height or provide bracing to the structure above. 2. Show accessibility a. Ascertain that proper accessibility seating is achieved as per 2012 IBC, Section 1108.2.9 and that the lavatory at 2'-10" a.f.f. CONTROL ROOM 1. Ascertain that the lavatory at 2'-10" a.f.f. and that accessible seating is achieved as per 2012 IBC, Section 1108.2.9. BUILDING "G" PARKING LOT REDESIGN 1. For a total of 111 parking spaces provided, as per Table 1106.1 of the 2012 IBC, 5 accessible parking spaces are to be provided. a. Of the 5 accessible parking spaces, 1 is to be a "Van Accessible" space. b. This is not under the registered plant scope of work and should be corrected through a zoning development package review and approval. It would really be nice if you would make arrangements to have the additional accessibile parkings added to the site. PLANT TRAINING MODULAR BUILDING RELOCATION 1. Ascertain the required number of parking spaces required for the training building and provide the number of accessible parking spaces as required by Table 1106.1, 2012 IBC. Please coordinate this work with a zoning site development review and approval. 2. Reference comments 1a (number as required) and 1b of the Parking Lot Redesign above. 3. For the size of this training building an occupant load of 50 or more would not be unusual. With 50 or more occupants, two exit gates will be required out of the 6' high chain link surrounding fence. Provide fire exit hardware as required by Section 1008.1.10 of the 2012 IBC. Please coordinate this scope of work with a zoning site development review and approval submittal.
