Any work creating a different occupancy group for all or any portion of a building. 2. Any work creating a different building type for all or any portion of a building. 3. Any work that adds, alters, removes or penitrates rated fire or smoke control assemblies, exits courts, exit passegageways or horizontal exits. 4. Any work that provides for the relocation of more than five sprinkler heads. 5. Any work that modifies load bearing structures. COMMENTS HARRISION FUEL ISLAND-EMERGENCY GENERATOR The structural design and drawings for the generator concrete foundation pad should have been a separate permit from the Registered Plant drawings for this item and not included in the original register plant construction documents. It is the responsibility of the registrant to coodinate all the described work above and to obtain the proper building permits accordingly. In the future, any and all changes to the contary are to be in writing.
