SVT's are not shown but appear to have non-compliant wall on north side - I thot' it was clear until I viewed Google Street view; hard to say if it is clear of obstructions without SVT's drawn on plan. I let Gene know that they need to address this SVT issue before I can post approval in P+. |

Applicant was told to let owner know that wall may not be compliant and that they need to address wall under separate wall permit(s). I also asked Gene to not forget to show SVT's on his plans for corner lots for future permit applications. I told him if he had questions about SVT locations he could ask me. He said okay. |
