The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Zoning has reviewed the building plans but the provided vehicle parking space calculation is not correct. Per the last approved plan, DP11-0020 the total number provided should be 316. 3. The provided vehicle parking spaces calculation references "SHARED W/ OASIS APTS." . There is no reference to shared parking on DP11-0020. If shared parking is proposed provide a copy or the recorded cross access cross parking agreement with your next submittal. 4. Zoning will approve the building plans once all other PDSD Agencies have approved.
