This site is in the HR-3 Zone. Historic review is required (UDC Sections 3.3.7 and 5.8.5). (This project shall be scheduled for historic review.)

A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (UDC Section 4.7.12).

The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). All three proposed detached structures shall be within the side yard setbacks.

The height of the proposed carport is nine (9) feet, four (4) inches. The required setback is six (6) feet, two (2) inches. The proposed setback shall be one (1) foot from the north property line.

The height of the proposed Ramada is eleven (11) feet. The required setback is seven (7) feet, five (5) inches to the west property line. The proposed setback is one (1) foot.

The height of the proposed greenhouse is eleven (11) feet. The required setback is seven (7) feet, five (5) inches to the south property line. The proposed setback is three (3) feet.
