The "RECORD OF SURVEY" Sequence No does not match the sequence numbers provided on the PIMA COUNTY info sheets. The plans should have approval stamps from COT Planning and Development Services Departments, Zoning, Engineering, Plumbing and Residential. Provide two (2) copies of the stamped and approved plans along with the recorded deeds and legal descriptions with the correct sequence numbers.
