PDSD Engineering comments 17DEC14:

Special Exception SE-14-22 conditions 9, 11, 14, & 15 were not clearly found on plans for review - however the plans did not necessarily indicate non-conformance with these conditions, so the following comments are provided:
1) add note or explain where the Special Exception condition 9 is showing compliance with regard to antennas being installed/painted to blend & minimize visual impact etc;
2) add note or explain where the Special Exception condition 11 is showing compliance with regard to any graffiti being removed in 10 days etc;
3) add note or explain where the Special Exception condition 9 is showing compliance with regard to any generator to be proposed that shall comply with condition 14 etc.;
4) add recordation sequence number to sheet 05 next to easement or explain where the Special Exception condition 15 is showing compliance with regard to recordation information for access easement etc.
Regarding Special Exception condition #16, applicant stated they have already had, and will have, TEP power coordination meetings.
