11/04/2014 ERIC NEWCOMB BUILDING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. SHEET G-001; CODE INFORMATION: A REFERENCE IS MADE TO TABLE 803.5 FOR INTERIOR FINISHES. REVISE THE TABLE REFERENCE TO THE 2012 IBC.
2. SHEET G-001; OCCUPANCY LOAD: THE CALCULATED OCCUPANCY LOAD INDICATES 32 TOTAL OCCUPANTS. THE SEATING SUMMARY INDICATES A PROPOSED INDOOR SEATING OF 28, AND A PROPOSED OUTDOOR SEATING OF 21. THIS WOULD SUGGEST 49 OCCUPANTS (CUSTOMERS). IF THE ADDITION OF STAFF INCREASES THE TOTAL TO MORE THAN 49, THIS COULD AFFECT EXITING OR RESTROOM REQUIREMENTS. CLARIFY.
3. SHEET I-510; PLAN 1: SECTIONS A-A AND B-B ARE CUT ON THIS PLAN, BUT ARE NOT INDICATED ON THIS SHEET. VERIFY.
4. GENERAL: PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO ALL REVIEW COMMENTS.
