All proposed work is to be on the existing foot print of the existing building and no work shall be completed outside of the building without submitting new plans and permits to verify conformance with Chapter 26 of the Tucson Code.

Renewal of this permit will require a new application, review and approval of that application by the City of Tucson, Planning & Development Services Department, Engineering Division.
