A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. A portion of the garage is being remodeled to an office space. The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). The height of the remodeled garage is eleven (11'-0"). The required setback to both the north and west property lines is seven (7) feet, four (4) inches. The proposed setback to the west property line is five (5) feet, four (4) inches. The proposed setback to the north property line along the alley is five (5) feet, eight (8) inches. |
