A Special Exception process and approval is required (UDC Section 4.3.2 and Table 4.8-4: Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.P and one of the following groups 4.9.4.I.1, & 4.9.13.E or 4.9.4.I.2 & .3 &.4.a or .4.b). A Special Exception has been approved (SE-14-47). The Special Exception decision letter has been provided. Demonstrate compliance, with all the conditions stated in the letter, on the plans. (See condition c in the letter.) a. The site plan shall clearly illustrate compliance with all conditions through the use of details, diagrams and/or notes. b. A copy of this decision letter shall be included with the site plan at the time of permit application submittal. c. Paint antennas and appurtenances to match existing color scheme. d. There shall be no footpegs added to the monopole and cables shall be routed through the interior of the monopole, and shall not be visible. Provide the above requirements, condition c, as notes on the elevation plan (Sheet A-3) and the final antenna plan view (Sheet A-4). |
