Previous comments have requested a floor or landing outside exterior doors (R311.3) and stair information based on the finished floor height above grade (R311.7.5). The proposed stairway does not include information regarding the maximum riser height or minimum tread depth and has been indicated to be located over the proposed landing. Specify the stair dimensions with the appropriate landing at the base of the stairway. MECHANICAL PLAN: 2. Previous comments have requested Manual J/S calculations for the proper sizing of mechanical units (M1401.3, M1601). Information has been provided regarding the proposed mechanical units but the calculations as required by the International Energy Conservation Code have not been submitted. OUTDOOR LIGHTING CODE 3. Previous comments have requested compliance with the City of Tucson's Outdoor Lighting Code. The calculation provide only includes three exterior lights, none of which are located on the proposed building. Include all exterior lighting on the property in the outdoor lighting calculation including the (4) lights proposed on the new buildings and any lighting located at exterior doors on the existing residence. Cut sheets must be provided for lighting fixtures in order to qualify as fully shielded. The one cut sheet provided does not qualify as a fully shielded fixture with a glass cover over the bulb.
