1. Provide consistent page sizes for the plan set, R106.1.1.

FOUNDATION PLAN:
1. Provide a floor or landing outside exterior doors, R311.3.

MECHANICAL PLAN:
2. Provide Manual J/S calculations for the forced air units in accordance with M1401.3, M1601.1.
Note: Having three mechanical systems per room would suggest that heating and cooling loads have not been considered for a complete system that meets the intent of the International Energy Conservation Code.

ELECTRICAL PLAN:
3. Specify faceplate grounding per E4001.11.1.
4. Specify tamper resistant receptacles per E4002.14.

OUTDOOR LIGHTING CODE
5. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 3.1.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations and calculate the lumens as unshielded for the proposed fixtures.

INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE:
6. Specify a "U" factor and solar heat gain coefficient of the windows and doors that meets or exceeds the requirements of N1102.1. The simplified prescribed energy value for climate zone 2B glazing is U=0.40 and skylights is U=0.65, the default SHGC is 0.25.
