Please provide a written response to comments with plan re-submittal. 1) Erratta: Plans are code compliant but you need to provide accurate 2012 IECC lighting compliance information. Com-check information presented does not have accurate square footage figures, nor has the space by space method from table 405.5.2(2) been accurately applied. There is also no support for the additional "supplemental allowed watts". Correct Com-check for (sales area + dressing room + storage) = (2064 x 1.6 + 475 x 0.9 + 361 x 0.8) = 4018 allowable watts.
