Do not base your information on parcel lines shown on the COT GIS map or the Counties Map Guide as the parcel lines are not accurate. Zoning recommends that you do not provide perimeter yard setback information. If you are going to provide make sure it is accurate. If you are going to put a scale on your drawings make sure it is accurate. These plans show 1" = 20' but the drawings do not match.
