3. Any reference on this sheet to disabled or handicap persons should be changed to ACCESSIBLE.
4. Detail 7:
a. Provide the exact same accessible parking layout as shown on Sheet SD-2.1, the Partial Site Plan. Generic plans are not acceptable.
b. Note a flush condition for the sidewalk and the asphaltic paving.
c. Provide an 18'-0" dimension for the short side of the angled accessible parking space.
d. Note that the grade of 2% maximum in all directions is a requirement for all the areas of the accessible parking and aisles.
