The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). The height of the proposed carport is twelve (12) feet, six (6) inches facing the west property line. The required setback is eight (8) feet, four (4) inches. The proposed setback is four (4) feet. |
