This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, highlighting any changes, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating action taken. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2012 International Residential Code, 2012 International Fire Code, 2011 National Electrical Code and Arizona Revised Statutes. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: All corrections and revisions shall be made on original tracings or a finished reproducible set. Return two sets along with a set of the first submission for reference. Pen or pencil corrections on final prints will not be acceptable. To avoid delays, ensure that all corrections have been made, are complete, and have been coordinated on all applicable detail and note sheets. (Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions). Incorporate changes on originals and provide two copied sets for review. GENERAL NOTES: " Change note #6, page 7 to read "All work shall comply with the 2011 NEC. " Update the 27 solar panels note on the South View elevation, page 2 to read 21 solar panels. " Identify the roofing system for mounting the 6 solar panels onto the house. The mounting system requires 5/16" x 3-1/2" SS lag bolts and washers installed per manufacturer instructions. " Provide manufacturer specification sheets for the collector panels verifying the specifications shown on page 6. NOTES / SPECIFICATIONS 1. This submittal will be approved for 3 strings of 9 panels per string as shown on page 5. Revise the system array and system specification information shown on page 6 using the 3 strings of 9 panel configuration. 2. Revise the exact wording and location for the DC Power Source "Imp, Vmp, Vmax, Isc" marking required by NEC 690.53 shown on page1B.
