This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, highlighting any changes, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating action taken. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2012 International Residential Code, 2012 International Fire Code, 2011 National Electrical Code and Arizona Revised Statutes. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: All corrections and revisions shall be made on original tracings or a finished reproducible set. Return two sets along with a set of the first submission for reference. Pen or pencil corrections on final prints will not be acceptable. To avoid delays, ensure that all corrections have been made, are complete, and have been coordinated on all applicable detail and note sheets. (Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions). Incorporate changes on originals and provide two copied sets for review. GENERAL NOTES: 1. Limit all code references to those recognized by the City of Tucson. The 2011 NEC is listed at the Planning & Development Services web site. Update note #6, sheet #7. 2. Provide compliance with the 2012 International Fire Code 605.11.3.2.2 showing two 3 foot wide access pathways from the eave to ridge on each roof slope where panels/modules are located. 3. Show a wiring method for conductors running between buildings in compliance with NEC 300.5 or 300.11 and 386.30. NOTES / SPECIFICATIONS 1. Provide the exact wording and location for the DC Power Source "Imp, Vmp, Vmax, Isc" marking required by NEC 690.53. Show this label on the plans. 2. Provide the exact wording and locations for any plaques which may be required for non co-located disconnects by NEC 690.56 (B). Show the equipment location labels for the power inverter posted at the service panel and the service panel posted at the inverter.
