On sheet P1, WH-1 is shown next to the forklift charger, in front of a roll-up door instead of the location shown on sheet A2, just east of the large mop sink. Sheet P1 also shows water heater WH-2 located on top of the large blast freezer (#33) but the architectural plans do not appear to provide any support for the water heater at this location. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012. 2. Show the size and route and termination of the T&P relief pipes from the two water heaters. Reference: Section 504, IPC 2012. 3. The developed length of the hot water supply piping appears to be greater than fifty feet for both WH-1 and WH-2. Provide a method for maintaining the temperature of the hot water supply system. Reference: Section 607.2, IPC 2012. 4. Correct the natural gas input for the deck oven 1A in the Gas Meter Load chart (it is 480 CFH, not 400 CFH) and revise the total gas load for the meter accordingly. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012. 5. Correct the gas load for regulator R4 as shown on the Gas Diagram: it is scheduled for 800 CFH, not 840 CFH. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012. |
