COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Special Exception relative to cell tower antenna modifications.


A Special Exception process and approval is required (UDC Section 4.3.2 and Table 4.8-4: Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.P and one of the following groups 4.9.4.I.1, & 4.9.13.E or 4.9.4.I.2 & .3 &.4.a or .4.b).

A Special Exception has been approved (SE-14-37).

The line work for the site plans and elevations is too light. Red doesn't reproduce well. Half tones also do not reproduce well.

Provide the Special Exception decision letter. Demonstrate compliance, with all the conditions stated in the letter, on the plans.

a. The site plan shall clearly illustrate compliance with all conditions through the use of details, diagrams and/or notes.

b. A copy of this decision letter shall be included with the site plan at the time of permit application submittal.

c. Paint antennas and appurtenances to match existing color scheme.

d. Wire ports shall be no higher or lower than the antenna panels.

e. There shall be no footpegs added to the monopole.

f. All cables shall be routed through the interior of the monopole, and shall not be visible.

Provide the above requirements a., b., c., d., and f. as notes on the elevation plans.

Provide a site plan in the set.
