Footing at column lines N.4/8 shows to be existing on the plan and calculations call for a 3 x 3 x ?. 5. Calcs page 61, key 26 calls for a 5 x 5 x 12 footing while the drawings schedule a 4 x 4 x 12. 6. Calcs page 68, Key 31 calls for a 2 angle 4 x 4 x 3/8 and drawing section 14/SE223 shows 1 ledger angle. Is Key 31 to be a lintel or a ledger? 7. Calcs page 70, Key 33 calls for 2 angles 3 x 3 x 3/16 lintel and is not shown on plan. a. Several other lintels are calculated but not called out on plan. b. There is no lintel plan. c. There is no lintel schedule on drawings for new and added to existing lintels. d. Please provide a lintel plan and schedule and reference to all lintel opening elevations. 8. Calcs page 73, Key 36 calls out for 10K1 joists. These are not scheduled or noted on drawings. SHEET SE201 AND CALCULATIONS 9. Calcs sheet 53, Key 18 calls for a W 10 x 12 while the drawiwngs schedule a 24LH08. 10. Calcs sheet 59, Key 24 calls for a W21x44 while drawings schedules a W 18 x 35. END OF REVIEW |
