Demonstrate compliance, with the conditions stated in the letter, on the plans. SECOND REVIEW: The Special Exception letter submitted for this plan is for another site at 4070 North Oracle Road (SE-14-39). There has not been a Special Exception for this project on this site at 4070 East 29th Street. Be certain to provide a Site Plan for this site. The line work for the site plans and elevations is too light. Red doesn't reproduce well. Half tones also do not reproduce well. These drawings cannot be properly archived. Provide the Special Exception decision letter, when you actually have an approved Special Exception for this site. Demonstrate compliance, with all the conditions stated in the letter, on the plans. The following conditions are typical for a site in the C-2 zone. a. The site plan shall clearly illustrate compliance with all conditions through the use of details, diagrams and/or notes. b. A copy of this decision letter shall be included with the site plan at the time of permit application submittal. c. Paint antennas and appurtenances to match existing color scheme. d. Wire ports shall be no higher or lower than the antenna panels. e. There shall be no footpegs added to the monopole. f. All cables shall be routed through the interior of the monopole, and shall not be visible. Provide the above requirements a., b., c., d., and f. as notes on the elevation plans. Provide a site plan in the set. ANY RESUBMITTAL SHALL REQUIRE AN APPROVED SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR THIS PROJECT ON THIS SITE AND MY APPROVAL TO SUBMIT. |
