COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Special Exception relative to cell tower antenna modifications.

This cell tower is located at 3149 East Prince Road on parcel number 111-02-0340. The address 3159 is incorrect for this location. Use the correct address for this parcel.

A Special Exception process and approval is required (UDC Section 4.3.2 and Table 4.8-4: Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.P and one of the following groups 4.9.4.I.1, & 4.9.13.E or 4.9.4.I.2 & .3 &.4.a or .4.b).

The line work for the site plans and elevations is too light. Red doesn't reproduce well.

Provide the Special Exception decision letter. Demonstrate compliance, with the conditions stated in the letter, on the plans.
