06/13/2014 LEERAY HANLY ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change Plan review has been completed and the following corrections are required. Please provide a written response to comments with plan re-submittal.

1) Provide available fault current calculations, and specify bracing for each panel. If panels B & C are to be series rated then specify manufacturer and labeling of each panel. Ref NEC 110.10
2) Revise plans to show compliance with International Energy Code section C405. Specifically light reduction controls, Automatic time switch controls, and Occupancy sensors. (note that occupancy sensors could exempt you from light reduction and time switch requirements)
3) IECC lighting calculations pp E-2 begin with an incorrect assumption that the 2012 IECC allows 1.5 watts/ft for lighting. Coordinate allowed lighting calculations with either table C405.5.2(1) or table C405.5.2(2)
4) Coordinate lighting plan with IECC lighting calculations. Indicate on lighting plan which luminaires are type A,B,C, etc. Ref IBC section 107.2.1
5) Provide sufficient information to show that luminaires under canopy meet the requirements of the Outdoor Lighting Code (for example, if they are full cutoff fixtures then they are exempt from the lumen calculations for the site, but the color temperature must still be 3500K or less) Ref OLC sect 104.2
6) Provide a sequence of operation for restroom exhaust fans so that no more than 10% of any supply air to these rooms is recirculated into occupied space. (This may be done by switching the exhaust with a timer set to be on whenever the space is occupied). Ref IMC section 403.2.1
