If the applicant provides a sealed Alta survey drawing of the site that provides the information that is required, in order to approve the plan, zoning will review and if possible approve the site plan for inspections to verify accuracy of the Alta survey and site conditions that meet current UDC requirements. As a side note: Zoning informed the design professional on June 23, 2014 that zoning would rescind the approved site activity number T14CM02886 due to inconsistencies presented on the plan that were inconsistent with the site inspection made by Code Enforcement, unless documentation was presented that indicated otherwise. Zoning again requested the same documentation on July 25, 2014. As of today the applicant has not come in with the requested information nor has the applicant called to let zoning know of any issues with providing such documentation. |
