The change in occupancy for this site will require that rooms 103 & 104 be fitted with proper fire supression. Reference City of Tucson amendments to IBC section 903.2.3

2) Openings are being shown in the property line exterior wall adjacent to 127 E. Toole. Additionally equipment for 119 E. Toole is being installed at 127 E. Toole. While it is noted that both properties belong to the same owners, either a 10' no build easement is required or an appeal may be filed with a lease agreement allowing the use of 127, and specifying that all openings must be returned to their previous state and all equipment must be removed upon termination of lease, or upon a building permit application for 127 E. Toole.
