3. The site plan (SP1.0) shows an existing 6" building sewer running below the new addition. Of what material is the existing building sewer constructed? Reference: Section 702.2, IPC 2012.
4. Identify the location of the cleanout for the existing building sewer downstream of its exit from the footprint of the new addition. Verify that the construction of the new classroom addition will not result in cleanout intervals for the existing building sewer being in excess of 100-feet. Reference: Sections 708.3.2 and 708.3.5, IPC 2012.
5. Show how the new building sewer will be connected to the public sewer. Reference: Section 701.2, IPC 2012.
6. Provide the first floor elevation for the building addition. Determine the need for a backwater valve per Section 715.1, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.
7. Coordinate the roof drainage elements as shown on sheets A1.0 and P1.1. Clarify how the roof drain overflow will be handled. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012 and Section 1108, IPC 2012.
