Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with the applicant. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Unified Development Code, or any other Federal, State, County, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Regulations and Watercourse Amenities, Safety, and Habitat regulations require the issuance of an additional Floodplain Use Permit.

Per the approved Development Plan for the Tucson Jewish Community Center, Elevation Certificate, and Master Drainage Report prepared by Cella Barr Associates "Hydrologic Analysis for Site Grading of Tucson Jewish Community Center CBA No.04049-05-30 the existing building is in conformance with the NFIP and has a set Finish Floor Elevation. The building finals and survey stamped ELCERT confirms that the building was constructed per the site plan making it a conforming structure.

All proposed work is to be interior and for the 2nd story of the building and no work shall be completed outside of the building without submitting new plans and permits to verify conformance with Chapter 26 of the Tucson Code.

Renewal of this permit will require a new application, review and approval of that application by the City of Tucson, Planning & Development Services Department, Engineering Division. This permit may be renewed for up to one year, in the absence of Registered Plant authorization, at the sole discretion of the City Engineer or designated representatives.

This Floodplain Use Permit will be automatically revoked and becomes invalid if conditions are not complied with, as set forth in this permit.

1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve until a development package has been approved for the site changes

3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved development package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
