This site is located in the RX-1 zone (UDC 4.7.6). Single Family residential is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1). ). See Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8 & .9

The minimum setback is twenty (20) feet from the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-1.A).

A DDO for the interior building setbacks along the north and east property lines is required. The minimum setback of twenty (20) feet is required, the owner proposes a minimum of 6'-4" to 14' from the structure walls and includes a two (2) foot overhang along the north property boundary and a minimum of ten (10) feet from the structure walls and includes a two (2) foot overhang along the east property boundary.
