The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). The height of the garage addition facing the south property line is ten (10) feet, five (5) inches. The required setback is seven (7) feet. The proposed setback is three (3) feet to the south property line. |
