1. Comment: Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. The development package site plan is under review and has not been approved as of this building plan review.

While the building plans are consistent with the development package site plan as it applies to the zoning review purview, the plans cannot be approved until the DP and the commercial plans reviewers have approved the building plans.

Zoning will review the building plans for compliance with the approved DP site plan (if it is approved) on the next submittal and if possible approve the building plans.
