The note on sheet P1.2 states that the new gas load is 1834 CFH with an existing load of 1704 CFH; with the exception of 72 CFH being supplied to the relocated 3-ton unit, none of the other loads are shown. 2. Provide tempered water for the lavatories using approved devices conforming to ASSE Standard 1070. The temperature mixing valve shown in detail 1/P3.0 is ASSE Standard 1017 listed and, per the manufacturer, "[t]hey cannot be used by themselves for tempering water temperatures at fixtures where ASSE Standard 1016 or ASSE Standard 1070, listed devices are required." 3. The developed length of the hot water supply piping (from WH-3 to P6 in room 108) appears to be greater than fifty feet; provide a method for maintaining the temperature of the hot water supply system. Reference: Section 607.2, IPC 2012.
