3. PP MP2.0 indicates restroom exaust fans to be switched with the light. This would not be compliant with 2012 IMC section 402.3. Interconnect exhaust with switch and AC unit supplying air to these restrooms or ensure that exhaust fans are always on while building is occupied (you may use a 24/7 time switch instead of a standard wall switch).

01. Zoning has reviewed the building plans and while they are in substantial compliance with the unapproved development plan the building plans cannot be approved at this time. Zoning will re-review the building plans on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the approved development package site plan.

02. The building plans depict an accessible ramp that was not depicted on the DP site plan. The DP must be revised to include the ramp. New reviewer signature from zoning is required on the DP site plan. (Over the counter approval once DP is revised prior to permits)
