2) Provide suitable hold-downs to resist the overturning force of this addition.

3) Addition must meet criteria for a "free-standing" structure, or you must provide engineering for the attachment to the existing mobile home. Providing a detail for the use of a drag-strut at the opening to the mobile home may meet the requirement.
