Zoning has reviewed the Fuel Station building plans and Fuel Tanks Permit application as it pertains to the zoning review purview. While the building plans are in substantial compliance with the preliminary development plans under current review, zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is fully approved and all building discipline reviewers have approved the building plans. 02. The Fuel Tanks permit will be approved along with the Fuel Station building plans. 03. The Development package has not been approved as of this building review.
