A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4). This site is in the HC-3 Zone. Historic review is required (UDC Sections 3.3.7 and 5.8.5). The maximum height of a wall or fence within a perimeter yard shall be six (6) feet (UDC Section 6.6.2.I). The maximum height of a retaining wall is ten (10) feet from design grade and no higher than six (6) feet measured from the top of the retaining portion of the wall (UDC Section 6.6.2.I.2). The proposed wall meets zoning requirements. |
