Below are comments on the required billboard modification submittal for COT
ID# 144 at 1863 West Ajo Way (T14BU00858).

Sheet 1 of 1

1. In Billboard Note #3, correct the APN number (the number shown is for
the lot to the west).

2. In Billboard Note #11, conform the language to that provided on Sheet 2
of 2.

1. In East Face Sign Elevation, depict existing ballasts.

2. Add or revise a paragraph in Scope of Work, clarifying whether the
ballasts are to be removed and reinstalled or are to remain in place during
modification work.

3. In Scope of Work, add paragraph(s) indicating whether service and branch
circuit riser conduit and associated wiring are to be removed and
reinstalled or to remain affixed to the applicable sections of the north
I-beam and head (poster panel assembly); if the conduit and wiring are to
remain affixed, specify how the respective runs affixed to the north I-beam
and head will be disconnected and reconnected when the head is removed from
the I-beams per the fourth paragraph in Scope of Work.

4. Provide standard detail that shows how light fixture support arms to be
removed and reinstalled are attached to billboard head.
