Sheet 1 of 2 No comments. Sheet 2 of 2 1. Comment #2 on the original submittal was not fully responded to; provide graphic detail that shows the location of the weatherhead on COT #133 and sufficient clearance from the wood side panel that the conductors and ground now appear to rest on. Note that the submittal and field inspection show the triplex attachment to be hidden from view by the wood side panel and trim. 2. If the wood side panel referred to in Comment #1 above is to be permanently removed, revise the added comment in the third paragraph of Scope of Work; otherwise describe how side panel will be trimmed to provide sufficient clearance for the conductors and ground. 3. The revised North Face Sign Elevation COT #116 incorrectly shows the meter/panel backing assembly attached to the north face of the (west) I-beam; correct the depiction to show the attachment to the east face of the I-beam (as was shown in the original submittal). |
