Below are comments for the electrical repair submittal for COT ID# 133 at
7218 East Broadway Boulevard (Stipulation Address) (T14BU00180).

1. Provide gauge, other standard wire descriptions, and whether a ground
wire is included for the existing and replacement triplex wire.

2. Provide detail on how the triplex wire connects into the electrical
parts attached to the COT #133 structure.

3. Clarify in Scope of Work whether any parts on the COT #133 structure are
to be removed or reinstalled in order to replace the triplex.

4. Indicate minimum clearance for droop in triplex wire.

5. Load Calcs appear to include 25% load factor; add note to clarify.

6. In Electrical Riser Diagram, the riser conduit shown appears to be that
which services COT #116; provide side view or otherwise better detail that
distinguishes the two risers and the wiring contained therein.

7. In North Face Sign Elevation COT #116, the riser and weatherhead for
#133 appear to be on the wrong side of the beam; correct in conjunction with
addressing Comment #6 above.
