After reviewing the documents zoning has no adverse comments to the proposed signage request. 02. Zoning does however request that a current site plan depicting the property boundaries with distance and bearings, existing and future right of way information for 6th Avenue and 21st Street, and existing signage location be presented accurately on the site plan. Based on the most current online information with regards to the 6th Avenue, it is clear that the existing signage is within the right of way and will be within any future right of way acquisition. A revised or new elevation drawing depicting the existing and future right of way must also be included. 03. A City of Tucson Temporary Revocable Easement must be applied for and obtained in order to move forward with any changes to the signage. Permits (barricades) to do work within the pedestrian right of way may also have to be applied for and obtained, check with TDOT at 791-4259.
