2. Include Planning and Development Services Department PIA activity number T13PI00026 on cover sheet

3. Sheet 1 of 7 - Replace "Traffic Engineering" with "TDOT Permits and Codes"

4. Sheet 3 of 7 - Remove word "Alley"

5. Verify comment from PDSD Engineering - Verification of Discharge to Juarez Street does not adversely impact street.

6. Sheet 4 of 7 - Reference to detail B/5 should be B/6

7. Sheet 6 of 7 - Modify scupper detail to reflect 3.5 foot buffer between curb and sidewalk.

1. Page 1 - Paving Note 11 - Please change mMedian Island Maintenance phone number to 791-3154 and change Paul Rosenboom's phone number to 837-6796.
2. Sheets 3 and 4 - Plans show curb access ramps and there is a note to construct new access ramps in the keynotes but the number is not shown on the plans. Please add note #6 to the plans.
3. Page 6 - Detail A- B - D- the max cross slopw allowed for a sidewalk scupper is 2%. Please indicate this on the plans.

The following items must be revised or added to the plan. Please include a brief response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed and the original redlined set of plans for back checking.

The following items must be revised or added to the plan:

1. Please update/correct striping note #6 on Sht. 2 (also see attached)

2. Before the WG6 can be striped, there will need to be some WS6 oblit, also some oblit may be needed across Juarez St.
Then reseal the pavement scarring with standard fog seal treatment as described in the notes.

3. Please refresh the WS6 stripe abutting the right turn bay.

4. Please place the "Right Lane" R3-5f above the R3-5r sign.
