07/22/2014 | GARY WITTWER | DOT LANDSCAPE | REVIEW | Denied | In my last review I noted that if you were to place private irrigation lines under public roadways you would be required to have an easement. This process has been discontinued and you can no longer do this. The irrigation systems will need to be re-designed. Please coordinate with the signage plans. Trees must be set back 50 feet from a stop sign within the ROW for the approaching vehical. This is a major safety issue. I am not sure that the City is required to notify you of all utility work - that would be up to the Director. |
