Tech Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan; therefore a revised PIA Plan is required for re-submittal. The following items must be revised or added to the plan. Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed and resubmit the original redline set of plans for back checking purposes. 1. Sht 3: Please make the Bike Routes lanes 6' wide as per current TDOT Standards. Change value throughout the rest of the plans accordingly. 2. Sht 18: Please update the Signing & Striping Notes - see attchments. 3. Please remove all gray scale shading from signing/striping plans. 4. Shts 19-22: Please make redline changes to plans as indicated. 5. Please add 'St. Name Sign Info' to Sht 18. See attached example. 6. Is the N-end of Via Bombachas a T-intersection or Dead End? 7. Please use attached Bull-nose/median gutter RPM detail where needed. The following comments need to be addressed prior to in the subsequent review submittal. Please return redlined drawings with next submittal. 1. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T13PI00024"on cover sheet. 2. Align curb access ramp so that they are directly across from each other per section 10-01.3.3.E of the U.D.C. Technical Manual. 3. Indicate the ending and beginning of all proposed barricade railing. 4. A temporary turnaround will have to be provided where Via Bombachas intersects Via Rio Pico. The turnaround will need to be per section 10-1.6.2.C of the U.D.C. Technical Manual. 5. Indicate the asphalt paving phasing on Via Boleadores. 6. Indicate the placement of a removable post barricades and appropriate signing where the paving is proposed to end on Via Boleadores. 7. Indicate the class of pipe for all proposed storm drains.
