Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan; therefore a revised PIA Plan is required for re-submittal. The following items must be revised or added to the plan. Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed and resubmit the original redline set of plans for back checking purposes.

1. Sht 3: Please make the Bike Routes lanes 6' wide as per current TDOT Standards. Change value throughout the rest of the plans accordingly.

2. Sht 12: Please update the Signing & Striping Notes - see attchments.

3. Sht 12: Please make redline changes to plans as indicated.

4. Please add 'St. Name Sign Info' to plans. See attached pg.

5. Between Phase I & Phase II you will need to install standard bollards if more than 1 year delay, or less than a 1 year delay 'end of road" markers on posts would be fine. (See plans i-2006-015 Sht 26 for a redline note.)

6. Please show all public streets/make complete Signing plans for Phase II

If you wish to email me at Matthew.Geweke@tucsonaz.gov with a PDF of redlines and the corrected Shts with the revisions of these requested changes, we could expedite the Traffic Eng. acceptance/approval of these plans.

I can also be reached in the office at 837-6665 with any questions.
Thanks…
