RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Permits and Codes Section has reviewed the PIA Plan and does not recommend a conditional approval. The following comments need to be addressed prior to in the subsequent review submittal. Please return redlined drawings with next submittal.


1. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T13PI00022"on cover sheet.

2. Align curb access ramp so that they are directly across from each other per section 10-01.3.3.E of the U.D.C. Technical Manual.
3. Indicate the ending and beginning of all proposed barricade railing.
4. Indicate the class of pipe for all proposed storm drains.

1. Several pages show drainage channels with scuppers. Some channels appear to be rip rap while others appear to be concrete. Some of these are listed as common area and other aren't. Who is responcible for the maintenace of these drainages? If these are rip rap what is D50 and the thickness of the rip rap layer.

No further comments.

Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan; therefore a revised PIA Plan is required for re-submittal. The following items must be revised or added to the plan. Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed and resubmit the original redline set of plans for back checking purposes.

1. Need Signing & Striping Shts for all the public streets.

2. Sht 2: Please update the Signing & Striping Notes - see attchments.

3. Sht 3: Please make the Bike Routes lanes 6' wide as per current TDOT Standards. Change value throughout the rest of the plans accordingly.

4. Please remove all gray scale shading from signing/striping plans.

5. Sht 26: Please make redline changes to plans as indicated.

6. Please add 'St. Name Sign Info' to plans. See attached example.

7. Between Phase I & Phase II you will need to install standard bollards if more than a 1 year delay, or less than a 1 year delay 'end of road" markers on posts would be fine. See sht 26 for a redline note.
