Sheet 1 - Please provide a Streets and Traffic Maintenance Signature line in the title block. 2. Sheet 1 - Note 5 - This note mentions matching pavement section of 22nd Street. How was this determined given that the project is off of 18th Street and Main Avenue. What is the pavement section? 3. Sheet 2 - The two driveways off of 18th should continue through the new sidewalk or need to call for a 6" thick concrete sidewalk at these locations. 4. Sheet 2 - The driveway centered at Station 10+69.01 appears to need an additional station and offset for the start of the transition or the start of the depressed curb to locate. 5.
