09/09/2013 | GARY WITTWER | DOT LANDSCAPE | REVIEW | Denied | 1. Aerial shows that there is existing vegetation in ROW, and it appears that it might be removed at the access points. Has this vegetation been included in the NPPO plans? 2. There is existing irrigation within the ROW. This may include lateral lines and valve wires. The plans must address sleeving and protection of these irrigation lines under the new access points, and in the area of sidewalk relocation. 3. Will there be any additional landscape placed in the ROW? If so the plans need to be submitted for review and permitting. 4. If new landscape and irrigation is to be placed back of ROW (bufferyard requirement) - How will public and private be separated? |
10/04/2013 | LANCE PETERSON | DOT STREET MAINTENANCE | REVIEW | Denied | We have reviewed this plan and have the following comments: 1. Sheet 4 - Typical Road Cross Section calls out Detail "C" but I did not see a detail C listed. 2. Sheet 4 - Driveway C ross section - This calls out new asphalt per Detail "B" but Detai l B pertains to new verticle curbing. 3. Detail A - Is this pavement section adequate for the expected traffic? Does it match the pavement section on River? No further comments. Lance Peterson P.E. Streets and Traffic Maintenance |
