1. Sheet 2 of 14: Notes 17 through 23 are grading notes which are not applicable to these right-of-way (public Drainage Easement in this case) improvements, please remove these notes.
2. Please include the Typical PIA notes to these plans.
3. The plan should note that any grading outside of the easement may require a grading permit.
4. Sheet 3 of 14: Provide recordation information for Public Drainage Easement.
5. Please note that existing light poles and bases must not be within the Drainage Easement.
6. Sheet 3 of 14: Note 20: Detail is for connecting to a stormdrain pipe, not box culvert. Detail how manhole structure will be connected to box culvert structure.
7. Sheet 6 of 14: Catch Basin along Federal Bkg. Will improvements require entering Federal property to construct and to maintain?
8. Drainage Design Comments:
a. Are the flows entering the proposed catch basin along the Federal building coincident with the flows from the TCC Wash. In other words, due these flows have differing times of concentration?
b. If the flows arriving at the "Catch basin Along Federal Blg" have differing times of concentration as compared to the TCC flows, then can the parallel storm drain be eliminated?
